Baths 2.0

Just in case you didn't believe me that this girl has the craziest, longest, mane-ish hair ever...here is further proof. Out of control. I know Austin will love cleaning out drains twice as often as he does now! We obviously have no problem growing our hair out in this house. I don't think any of us will ever have to worry about losing our hair at a young age. But this little thing, do I keep hers long or short? Here are some pros and cons I thought of...do you have any more?

Long Hair
Pros:
You can do pretty much ANY and EVERY hairstyle out there with it
Its flowey (as in beautiful)
Cons:
It can get in the way
It can make you feel hot, especially in the summertime
It tangles easier than short hair
Baby food gets smeared in it easier

Short Hair
Pros:
Keeps you cool in the summer
Doesn't tangle a lot
It doesn't get in the way as much
Austin can do her hair
Cons:
Can't do as many hairstyles with it
It's not as flowey and pretty as long hair

What do you think? Any more ideas to help me make up my mind??

I LOVE her crazy hair! I think you should keep it. You can put it in pony tails to help with the heat. I think if you cut it it will make her look a lot older unless you don't cut it in a style. She is so cute Bryn! and you didn't think you would know what to do with a girl before you had her. I had no doubt you would be great with a girl. Either way if you decide to cut it our keep it long she will always be beautiful like her Mom!

So cute!!! Madison has really long hair, but there is a point which the knots are harder to get out, it is no longer flowey/pretty but always in the way. When I hit that point (and so does she) I cut about 4-5 inches off and than everyone is happy again, best of both worlds!!! She is cute regardless of long or short hair!!

Bryn, I think you know where i stand in this. I take the same side i do with your boys' hair...long and beautiful baby!!! But seriously, long or short, little Quinn will look like a cutie no matter what. But with long hair there are endless possibilities: one day up, one day down, one day braided, one day pigtails, or even everyday a ponytail (like that cool friend of yours) :)

QWCDHAWACKHPHIAPSATHKHVW looks awesome either way...

Have you considered a mullet? It lets you do long and short, both at the same time... :)

keep it long for now-so cute in piggies! But when she gets older and walking and stuff a cute little bob is my vote. Maybe even a bob with some modern straight bangs! Adorable!
